Fitness Log Day 1

I forgot I wanted to make a goal regarding my sizes. Because my thighs are so much larger compared to my waist, I have to buy size 8 or 10 and then cinch the waist with a belt. It really makes buying clothing a very difficult and daunting task. So, my goal for size is to try to have my legs be able to fit into the size 6 that my waist is.

I plan to start my workouts with some good old-fashioned cardio on the treadmill each and every day for at least 30 minutes. I have found that I'm a closet worker outer and would much rather do it at home. I'll throw in some arm and ab exercises with the medicine ball too.

Today I did my 30 mins on the treadmill. I also had a lot of fun outside with the kids on the trampoline. It's amazing what a workout that really is!!!

Well, we're headed off to the races tonight. Can't wait. It should be a lot of fun.
