Fitness Log Update

Just thought I'd get you all updated on my progress so far. Basically, I have lost 3 pounds. However, this is nothing that I can be proud of considering the fact that it is more than likely water weight that I have sweat out while being so dang sick for the past 10 freakin days. AHHHH. I finally went to the doc today and was given some good ol' antibiotics and some codeine cough syrup I just can't wait to use tonight. Haven't had a good night's sleep in over a week. No workouts. No dieting or really watching what I eat. It sucks.

However, none of you better think that I am even remotely giving up. Just a minor setback. I will be up and runnin very soon. And then it's on!
