Okay, so today was an interesting day. My kids have been doing totally awesome with getting ready in the mornings for school, even to the point of getting all ready even before I get out of bed. It's so amazing how cooperative they are. So today they got ready and had so much time left over before school that they decided to plan a party together. They all three worked together to come up with games to play, make special party hats, etc. It was so cute to watch them work so well together.
After the big kids went off to school, and Faith was done with her swimming lessons, her and I took a trip to the dollar store and purchased some cheap party stuff like balloons, streamers, candy, etc., to make their party really special and fun. (Oh, I forgot to mention that they planned on inviting all of their imaginary friends). LOL!
Needless to say, when I picked them up from school they were so elated that I had remembered about their plan and was totally for it. We ended up with four neighbor kids and one little friend from school that came to our "unbirthday party." The kids really had a blast, and honestly so did I. I didn't even mind the noise too much. This is definitely something we'll have to do again! Bye for now!
