Look to the right, you'll see I posted a list of fitness tips that I try to use. Help me out and give me some of yours. PLEASE!!!

those are good! Drinking water is SO important, also not snacking late at night.

We are SO competing, except I would probably lose more weight than you because I have more to lose. We could set up weekly goals for diet and working out. I am doing weight watchers so I count out points and stuff but we could just make different goals and I was ALSO thinking that we could have some kind of question of the day like, 'what do you think is going to hold you back in reaching your goals?' etc., things like that will kind of get us thinking about all the things that might hold us back or whatever.

I think that restricting yoursef from snacks is bad. Just give yourself one bite or a very small portion, That way you don't feel deprived yet, you haven't eaten a whole half gallon of ice cream or 2 candy bars in one sitting. Not that I have done either. .... OK I ate 2 twix yesterday but not at the same time... and one was peanut butter so isn't that considered a protein? teehee

Eat about 10 small meals a day, that's what I do.
